What’s involved?

Tom

When you make an appointment to discuss a Will you will be asked to gather as much information about your assets, e.g. house, life policies, savings & investments etc, and your liabilities, e.g mortgage, loans, credit cards etc, as possible.

We will also ask you to consider who you would like to be Executor and, where necessary, guardians to children / dependants.

We will then discuss your aims for passing on your estate, providing for loved ones / dependants and discuss what options are available to you.

The Will is drafted within 14 days and a return visit made for signing (attestation).

You receive a copy of the Will and, if you wish, we can provide a secure storage service for a small one-off fee.
